A run over birthday card. A perfumed love letter. Torn-up photographs. I found these things on the ground, took them back to my studio and painted reproductions of them on other found objects: discarded silkscreen frame, kitchen cabinet drawer, flower-patterned fabric, and wood grain paneling.
